Ouch!

I had a Lap procedure done last Thursday and my clitoris/vulva has a lump in it and is sore. I'm assuming I was cathed but have not had the chance to ask if I was yet. I plan on calling the doctor and asking why this is happening tomorrow morning but was wondering if anyone has had this problem or if it is something I should be worried about. My clitoris is swollen and there is a lump in it, as well as it is sore to touch. It does not hurt to pee at all nor does it feel like a UTI or yeast infection. I drink lots of water and cranberry juice and was also on an IV drip while in the hospital so I doubt that is what it is.

Anyone have any advice for me?? This is uncomfortable.
