I want to know what you girls think of using a douche. Some say its bad others recommend it once a month. And if you do what kind? I recently purchased one with iodine, i have never tried it but i think it will make me feel fresher. TMI but my periods are heavy and they drag on for days, 10 days or 13!!! And i would like to feel clean and fresh. What would you recommend?
