Worst Af ever!!!👎😔😞😰😢😩😡TMI😴😖😵😧😕😯😬

I am 31 years old and i cant remember having a period and pms this bad i started heavy no spotting just lots and lots of dark blood and clots the cramping is horrible going around to my back and when i turn it takes my breath my head hurts im having hot and cold flashes i woke up this morning feeling so nauseous and im just silent not saying nothing i feel on edge and emotional like i can burst into tears(or flames) 👈just joking any second i have a heavy heart today i dont wanna do ANYTHING!!! usually my periods arent so bad but whoo this 1 is a doosie cant wait to get this 1 over with...RANT OVER BYE AF👋
