Low blood pressure and pregnancy?

Yes, lower BP is a pregnancy side effect. It is one of the first symptoms that made me concerned and the nurse was like, "you may be pregnant."

Yeah. I generally run in the 120s when I was pregnant mine dropped to about 108 on avg until toward the end then my bp stayed 140-150

My midwife said it's normal to drop in the second trimester. Mine was 100/60 at my last check up. There's no reason to be concerned.

Your blood pressure is still okay. You're not  hypotensive. As long as you are asymptomatic (no dizziness or lightheadedness) it should be okay. Also, drink lots of fluids! Congrats! 😉

Most of the time no, but having low blood pressure during pregnancy is a good thing. To make sure you are ok, see a doctor.
