Does your husband or SO help with the baby?

I do basically everything but he's going to have to start helping more when our second baby is born in April!

I'm a control freak when it comes to the brand new babies, so no. When our son was an infant I did everything. I also breast fed and didn't like the pump so no one could help with that. He did help with the other kids and house work for me. Lol I think he liked it that way.

I'm 36+4 right now but he's already told me that he will be taking care of me as I take care of baby. He will make sure I am fed & hydrated while breastfeeding and help with chores I get behind on in the beginning. He will also make sure I get to shower once a day.

Baby's not here yet, but I'll be doing most of the work. I'll be staying at home full time.

That doesn't mean he's not going to learn to change the diaper, and help out if I'm busy (as in eating, and he's not) or if I'm gone for some odd reason.

I'm 35 weeks and my partner refuses to let me do more than I have to and every weekend we get my nephew He helps with the lifting and stuff now as I struggle so I know with his on son he would be even more hands on

DH helps alot with the baby...just not at nights because he works overnight. He also does absolutely nothing in the house. I work full time/take care of baby all night/clean and cook.
