Could I Be Pregnant?

I had sex with my SO last week. It was in the shower and unprotected which gave me a little bit of anxiety, but he assured me that he didn't come inside of me at all. Now I've been ridiculously fatigues and I'm having cramps. I'm not supposed to start for another week/week and a half. I know the symptoms of pregnancy take longer than a week, but we've had sporadic unprotected sex for a while now. Could I be pregnant?

I do the same thing. But if your mind convinces your body that it's pregnant, it will start acting pregnant. I went through this. I gained a little weight, had morning sickness, and some othe symptoms. I saw a doctor and there was no sign of a baby and I didn't have a miscarriage or anything. He explained the mind/body thing to me, so now I try not to freak out and just let my body tell me if I should worry or not :)

In my experiences with unprotected sex I always get anxious too. The best thing to do it to wait to see if your period starts then if I doesn't wait a few weeks and go to a doctor to get a pregnancy test done
