Hsg today 😞

Had my hsg today went ok horrible to have done but it's done.my right Fallopian tube had a small blockage so they sorted that out for me and now on some antibiotics to prevent any infection.I've read on line that some girls have gotten pregnant not long after me personally don't believe in this I had a hsg done in 2010 still never gotten pregnant pcos sucks I'm in metfomin since January 1500 mg lost a little bit of weight but now put some back on due to the death of my mum but plan to loose it again anyone got any advice for me to loose weight I know eat healthy and exercise I've been doing this for ages but nothing working now I also been trying for almost seven years on ttc but no luck 😞😞😞Im almost to the point of giving up hope 😔😔😔😔
