I met my SO October 2014. my son was 6 at the time. I was a single mom living on one crap paycheck. I had saved some $$ for Christmas shopping but not much. as a date we went to toys r us so I could buy my boy a few gifts. a couple days later he came over and brought 2 bags full of little toys and such for my sons stocking. I almost cried. it was so sweet.

My husband married me 2+ years before we had originally talked about. We wanted to date for two years, and then be engaged for a year originally. (We will have been married for a year next Sunday!) but my relationship with both of my parents is super toxic/ borderline abusive. I was living with them. He saw that I needed out. We didn't want to live together if we weren't married so we got married! We dated from Jan 24, 2014, engaged June 6, 2014, and married Sept 27,2014!!!

We stRted dating in November 2014, and for Christmas I went too see my parents. They live 4 hours away. My boyfriend texted me saying I miss you, so I said jokingly so come and see me. He said okay send me the address. I really thought he was kidding but sure enough 4 hours later he's at my parents  house on Christmas Day. He worked the very next day at 9am, so he couldn't stay the night. I honestly thought it was the sweetest thing any guy has ever done for me! He spent 3 hours with me and my family that day and went home to another 4 hour drive back. He's a keeper :)

Mines was that he trusted me when I met my boyfriend I was living with my girls father three years ago I decided  to give my girls father another chance cause my daughter was asking for him so instead of Just seeing the girls all the time he wanted to be a family and wanted me to move in OK cool but before a month could end I found out he was fucking with the  girl down the Street and caused what was supposed  to be a try out to end so now I'm stuck trying to move out now so after being pissed I got over it and decided  I needed a life and he was wasting it and I met my man I was skeptical  on how I would tell him my living situation  and cared for him enough  to let him know so that we could move on with honesty and he told me that's when he knew he loved me cause I kept  it honest from the beginning and he trusted  me the whole time till I moved out and I'm thankful  cause not everyone  would have

My fiancee moved and hour away from his family to live with me.... he knew I couldn't leave my house because my mom has health issues and I am her caregiver. So he moved in with me and then asked me to Marry him... we will be getting married in 10 days... I can't wait... I'm very lucky.. cause I know usually it's the girl who leaves her family... and he choose to leave his family and his job... to be with me.. he was living with his Parnets at the time... he has no family here.. he also is giving me a chance to be a mom.. he has 2 girls that I get to help raise... and I couldn't be happier... he has stuck by me thru everything I have went thru... it was hard to pick just one....
