Breast question

So this might be a really dumb question but I'm paranoid.  My breasts are a small b cup and they've been really hurting a lot lately like more that normal.  I'm not on my period and I'm not about to be on my period.  I'm 17 and my question is that is it normal for your boobs to feel a little lumpy near the nipple and close to the chest?  Like I've never felt another boob so I don't know if it's normal 😭😂 im just worried I may need to see a dr because I don't want it to turn out to be cancer or something.
