What is my baby doing if I can feel her SHAKING in my womb...?

It's such a weird feeling! I k ow the kicks, the rolls, the hickups and the stretches, but every now and then it feels like she is actually shaking in there for a few seconds. She better not be having seizures or something! I'm sure it's perfectly normal but it feels really weird. Anyone else experiencing this?

I asked my OB about this and she said it's the startle reflex! Seems a lot less sad than thinking about her crying :(

I've been told babies cAn cry in utero and the "holy crap is my baby having a seizure" feeling is him crying 😭
It's the saddest and cutest thing ever.

My baby does this too. I wonder what she is doing in there and if she is okay but I think it's pretty normal. I have seen some ultrasound videos where the babies get super active like that. Bring it up with your doctor next time & see what's up. I'm curious too!

I've felt this several times too & got freaked the first couple times but now I think it's normal because my baby will randomly do it. I never asked or anything but I just like to believe it is all ok..

I feel it too and my stomach looks like water in the middle of an earthquake. I told my husband it felt like a giant fish tail flapping on the inside. So crazy and awesome at once.

I've wondered the same my first two never shook it is by far the weirdest feeling. hiccups are just annoying she gets the all the time. Bit the shaking kinda weird me out.

I've been told it could be baby having a big stretch, but nobody really knows for sure but it's supposedly normal.

Same thing here!! 35 weeks! I thought maybe seizures.  I sure hope not!! Does ur stomach feel like a HEART BEAT? Anyone? ? I'm sure that's what we're all talking about! ?
