Sperm test results..

Just found out that my partner has only a 10million sperm count. The mobility is fine. But he also has 100% abnormal sperm. Ive been tested and everything is fine with me. I ovulate and my hormones are fine. My partner is 33 and i am 20. He has stopped drinking alcohol, stopped smoking cannabis and he is also cutting down on smoking cigarettes. I never drink or smoke cannabis but have cut down on cigarettes too. I have just bought us some pregnacare vitamins for the both of us. He has to repeat the test in 3 month. Is there still any chance of us concieving? Really worried now :-(
