Question for women with gestational diabetes

Amy • I'm 28 and married. Trying to conceive for 8 years and have PCOS. My baby girl is due December 18th!
I have GB, my doctor wants to me see if I can help it with diet change for 2 weeks. I am suppose to check my sugar twice a day, I do it about 4. It seems that the diet change is working during the day, but when I check my sugar in the morning its mainly between 130-136. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. He said first thing in the morning it should be 100 and lower and 2 hours after I eat it should be 120 and lower.
