Rant/ question

For the last few weeks I've been having on and off spotting and serious groin pains, I went to the Drs Monday and he told me I had pulled my round ligament on my right side and that it was common during the second trimester. He also it me on light duty for a while and my job won't work with me, actually they refuse to work me at all.... So irritating! But I was also told I no long have the immunity to fight off the measles, and that I can't get that booster shot again till after baby comes, has anyone else been told this about the measles?
