I was bleeding!

I woke up at 3am to fix my hubby is lunch so he can go to work. Like always I went to the bathroom didn't see anything inside the toilet but when I wiped myself I saw bright light red blood was on the tissue. I just started to cry. I wait until 9am to contact my doctor she told me that was normal. This whole day I have been overwhelmed crying because I just think I could have a miscarriage. Has anyone had the same experience? What did you do to clam yourself? I'm just scared!!! I'm just praying. By the way I'm 9 weeks and 2 days.
