Pink spotting

Been trying for a year and a half to get pregnant with baby number 3. Started using glow last month. Says period is to start on the 22nd and I just had pink very very very light blood when I wiped. Also been having pain in my ovaries the last few days. Took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it was negative which I figured it would be because it was early. I don't remember every spotting with my first 2 pregnancy. Is pink spotting a good sign of pregnancy?
