Normal ? .. Or should I see a Doc

7 days late for my period then out of nowhere I start having bad cramps I wouldn't bleed I would wipe & I would have blood but the day after same thing happen in the morning then in the afternoon I start having very light red bleeding & as the day kept going it got darker ??? Maybe it just my normal period ? Help please
