Eyes color changing?

My husband and I both have really dark brown eyes, when our son was born he had the most beautiful blue eyes, which i do know that some babies are born with blue eyes and most change over the next few months or days but his never did he is almost 2 1/2 now and  his eyes will change from blue grey to grey to green. I don't want his eyes to change to to brown! lol  Does anyone else have a child that eyes changed as they got older ?

Mine were blue until I was 4. Then they turned darker and darker. Now they're black. And I don't mean dark brown. I mean you can't see my pupil because my iris is black.

Mine were blue til I was almost 5. Now they are green and look blue sometimes still and have blue ring around the outside. I have a lot of blue eyes in my family though so that may have something to do with it.

My mom has brown eyes and my dad has blue.  My eyes will either be blue in one eye and green in the other or the two colors will combined, or it'll be blue)(the color it's supposed to be) or green.  My hair did the same it was bleach blonde when I was born to the age of 5 then it turned red until I was 10,  and now it's light brown and maybe when I turn 20 it'll change again xD

My sisters eyes were blue until about 4 or 5 then they turned green..mine were brown now they are very light hazel they are almost completely green with the exception of a few brown flakes

My mom and I have blue/grey eyes, my siblings and stepfather have brown eyes. Each one of said siblings had their permanent eye color by age 2.

Looks like you and your hubby just had recessive genotypes for blue eyes hidden away!

Mine were violate until I was three. Then they turned so dark brown that they were almost black, but as I get older, they get more and more green and quite light. 
Usually blue eyes will pick up other shades that contrast easier than darker colored eyes. I think weather they are blue, green, or grey that they will be beautiful.

They won't turn Brown. They could change shade. Mine went from light blue to a blue green with yellow areas when I was about 11. My daughter has always had blue eyes. She's about to turn 4 and she's getting that yellow ring around the pupil that I have

Your son is very adorable by the way. But the others are correct, he is past the age of his eyes significantly changing. I actually spoke with an eye doctor about eyes changing and he informed me (because my eyes do the same as your son's) that your eyes actually never change. As in where it looks like they go from blue to blue grey to green. He said it's just an optical illusion, usually based on what you are wearing. Sorry, just thought that was a cool little tidbit 😁
