Not getting pregnant fast enough

I been off depo for 11 months now got my period back and regularly finally back in July. My boyfriend thinks something is wrong with me and that I can't have kids. Is there any thoughts to help he makes me feel so bad like I am such a problem. Me and him got pregnant last year but I had a you know cause we weren't ready and I regret that decision everyday since then. It only took 6 months last time I got off depo and I only got one shot this time  is there something wrong with me?
