Stomach pains
I have the worst stomach pains and lower back pains at times. Is this pregnancy related or should I be worried? It feels like period pains but I never bleed. This is my first pregnancy so I have no idea what's normal and not. Please help I'm getting super concerned and I don't have the time to make an appt for doctor due to work and they don't know I'm pregnant yet.
