Changes
So I've been working out more and "trying" to eat better. But because of this my period has changed a lot. The days are more spaced out between like the actual days when I'm on it.
Ex. I'll get it the first of the month and won't get it till the end of the second.
And the period itself is shorter. Use to be 7-8 days. With light to heavy flow.
Now it's very heavy flow from 4-5 days. What is this?
