Cramping

Plz help. I got off my period almost two weeks ago and have always been regular. This last period I was 7 days late but it lasted 3 days like usual. A few days after I finished I started period like cramping and this has been going on since then. Yesterday I started bleeding and had a small clot when I am supposed to be ovulating. I am still slightly bleeding today and still have cramps. What could be the issue?
