Hey girls

So last week AF visited or so i thought. Normally it last 5-6 days. Well the first day i started spotting and stopped. Nothing happend. The second day it was very light and then the third day it was a brownish color (not normal at all for me) and that was the end of it. Well today a week later i am cramping( very bery mild) off an on it last maybe thirty seconds then its gone. Doesnt hurt bad like it normally does. What could be the cause of this? I normally only cramp during "that time" but thats already passed by.
