Round ligament pain??

With multiples is round ligament pain typically worse? I'm 17w6d pregnant with twins. I've read a little bit online but want to hear what you ladies have to say. I started getting a tight stretchy feeling Thursday night and then the sharper pains with sudden movements came Friday. It's now Saturday and the aching tightness is still there with occasional sharp pains if I am not careful with my movements. Has anyone experienced this before?
