Does anyone else feel like their baby has "dropped" but their belly still looks the same?

Today I suddenly feel like there is a skull on my pubic bone, but my belly still looks the same. I've seen some pics on here of other bellies that drop dramatically, so just wondering if anyone else has felt like their baby is moving down but their belly doesn't really "drop"?

My ultrasound showed that he was smashed down in my pelvis and then the next day I had some random lady tell me I was still high so I still had time.....I'll trust the ultrasound

Honestly. I almost can't tell. She is dropping lower but I've carried very low the whole time and even been told its deffinatly a boy by a few elderly people because of how low Im carrying this time.
