Gift cards I can't use galore! )):

So I think my MIL (with good intentions) may have told all her friends, somewhat older women, many who don't speak English, I was registered at target (I have a teeny tiny registry there, like 3 things). I put Amazon on the invite cuz I have the majority of my stuff on there. Everyone gave me target gift cards! Anyone know how I can somehow use the funds for Amazon? I tried to find the essential stuff from my amazon registry at target but they don't have what I want and similar items cost way more 😫 I hope I'm not being to big of a baby with this...
