Late AF possible tmi

I have had endo for about 10 years now. I have had many laps done to relieve the symptoms. I have had my tubes tested they are clear. My periods are irregular as most women with this are. Well my period is almost a week late and I have had this white creamy sticky mucus lately. I don't remember ever having it before or atleast not this much. I took a test the day my period was supposed to start and it was negative. Also nauseated tired and craving water alot. Does anyone have a clue as to what this could be?
