Heightened fear :/
Has anyone else noticed heightened fear? Im afraid of spiders normally but lately the sight of them has freaked me out even worse. I get so afraid im dizzy,cant breathe well, will start to shake, and I can literally feel my heart rate increase...is that considered a panic attack? Has anyone else had this problem?
