Back to work?

Question

Any August mommys back to work already or will be going back soon? I start Monday, and my baby girl will be 8 weeks on Friday. I'm mentally preparing myself but it's so hard. I don't want to leave her. The only upside to it is that it's part time and my sister is keeping my sweet Madison. I just keep thinking I'm going to have a break down while she's not with me, and how no one knows her like I do.(not even my husband) I know exactly what she wants when she has a certain whine or grunt. Am I crazy?

I went back when my baby was only a month old. Thought it would be hard but it wasn't I was okay

I went back on 9/21 and my husband was texting me all day checking in. I think he was more nervous about me going back than I was. Turns out I only would be going back for that one day because my daughter isn't well. My goal is to go back at the end of next week, but it's really up in the air.

I am supposed to be going back to work in two weeks.  Unfortunately, we have no family around, so my baby boy will be forced to go to daycare.  Every time I think about leaving him with complete strangers all day (I work 12 hour days), I have a mild panic attack.  I'm hoping it goes smoothly, because part of me is just considering quitting my job!!

My official first day was yesterday (my baby is 7 weeks) and it's full time with overtime but I feel pretty good and It's also my 3rd child so it gets easier. My SO takes care of the children while I'm at work and we see each other for 2 hours and then he's off to work. You'll do fine :)

I feel the same way. I will be returning to work next week and my mom will be watching my daughter. I've started going to her house and explaining what each any very little noise means! Lol my mom had 5 of us and currently has 3 grandchildren that she has helped raise dso i know she is more than qualified for the job but I still worry!!
