What is safe for baby when u have anzitey

I have been on klopion since I was 18  I went from 1mg to 0.5 mg I no this is a class d drug n not safe for baby. Obgyn prescribed me prozac class c I'm scared to take it due to side effects so I asked for risperdone class c drug n its not a controlled drug. I have been ready about it n scared as well its only a 0.5 . Van anyone help with advise on what I can do. I have bad anzitey attacks an I don't want a bad with draw n hurt my baby. Please help

Im  on 69 mg if prozac and my ob said that it's safe to until the last few weeks if pregnancy. And that they would rather me be on prozac than anything else.

I am on 10 mgs of fluoxetine and I have been since I entered the second trimester. My doctor said it was one of the safer meds so I should be fine. We just lowered my dose to the smallest amount and waited until I was out of the first trimester, since that's when most of your baby's crucial developing is being done.
