Hair loss ( very long story)

Van
So for almost a year now I've been experiencing dramatic hair loss. (As in  a clump or two every time I shower and several strands at a time throughout the whole day) at first I thought it was b/c of giving birth to my son, but I had already lost hair about 6 months or so before that and it had grown back fine.
So I decided to get my thyroid checked, that all came back normal but my testosterone levels were high so I was sent to an endocrinologist who diagnosed me with PCOS. I do get cysts that rupture occasionally sometimes almost monthly (not pearl strands like PCOS though) I didn't have issues losing weight and I don't have excessive body hair growth. I told her all this and she still prescribed me metformin. I had a bad reaction to it and was still losing hair but she upped my dose w/o even seeing me. Flash forward several months and two new endocrinologists  along with an incorrect diagnosis of PCOS...
My new endocrinologist said I slight anemia so I've been on iron for about 4 months (I've been taking max strength biotin as well for about 6 months ). Since July I've also had a HORRIBLE outbreak of acne (it runs in my family and has been getting worse ) I was prescribed differen for that and was told it has nothing to do with my hair. Last week, the doc told me my iron, testosterone and thyroid levels are all fine and there's nothing wrong with me, I'm just "stressed" I told her  I'm going bald pretty much and she just told me not to stress.
I'm at my wits end and I'm to the point
Of crying whenever I look in the mirror ... I used to have tons of hair and now I have to hide my balding at my temples and sides of head.
ANY INPUT WOULD HELP GREATLY
