Does your eye colour change when you've been crying?

So I was crying last night because of a huge fight I had with my SO and my eyes went dark blue. Is this weird? My eyes are usually a green/blue colour but they're dark blue in the picture.

The picture is a natural picture. No filters. Does this happen to anyone else?

Mine are hazel normally and turn emerald green when I cry.

Mine seem like a lighter blue because of all the redness

Mine are usually a bright dark blue. They change color throughout the day though. Sometimes they're an ocean blue, baby blue, bright blue, dark blue, and sometimes they're a Grey blue. This picture is natural. No filter.

No but once I was on medication and one eye turned green the other blue

Yes I have dark dark dark brown dyes, but when I cry they look like a caramel golden color. And right around my pupil I have bright golden flakes when I'm not crying.

Mine change with my mood, they darken when I'm angry and the more happy I am the lighter my eyes are.
