Insomnia and periods
Does anyone else experienc this or is it just me .I have insomnia and I get up at night for no reason and can't fall back to sleep or I just can't sleep at all . But just when I'm about to get my period I get the best sleep of my life I go deep deep into sleep and I absolutely love it .
