Help please

I was suppose to start af the 12th I took a pregnancy test the 10th,14th,and15th. All negative i thought one was a faint positive but not in the black light. Later the 15th I had sex followed by an internal ultrasound. (The ultrasound was very uncomfortable and kinda painful I have a tilted uterus and a small cyst on one of my ovaries) then the 16th I started spotting pink then brown then red all within a few hours an continued to spot until the 20th. The spotting did get heavy at times when pain in the stomach occured. I'd even had some clots I used a tampon an the blood looked brown and red in spots sometimes. The 21st I had morning sickness. Which popped all the blood vessels in my face red dots all over my face. I had sex the 22nd an started to spot again lightly. Fading away after 12 hours. I have called my dr an left messages twice now no call back ...idk what's going on with me advice from anyone is welcome I would appreciate it I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years
