Can I use coconut oil/olive oil as a lube? Is it sperm friendly? Can I insert it like I would my pressed?

Canola oil has been studied and proven to have no effect on sperm :)

Recently discovered it and LOVE it.  We never used to use anything at all for lube and now I can't fathom why not!

Coconut oil is sperm friendly and can be inserted. However, it isn't recommended.
