16wks but don't feel pregnant!?

I'm 16 weeks but don't feel pregnant, I was wondering if anyone else felt this way. Don't have a bump yet besides when I eat/drink and only have sensitive nipples

I felt the exact same way and it freaked me out. I'm 32 weeks now and baby boy is healthy and growing big! :) 
I kept telling myself, no blood, no pain, all is good.

I'm 16w 3d and I don't feel pregnant either, except for peeing frequently at night, not sleeping and when I drop something it's a struggle to pick it up.
