Anytime you bleed during pregnancy it is best to call your doctor/go get seen either by your doctor/urgent care/ER. Bleeding is a gray area. Because something could be wrong, but it could also be something relatively normal. That's why it is best to get seen, so they can determine

I went to the doctor today. The bleeding is heavier & stringy. I am having period cramps also. They did an ultrasound & sac with no baby. I go back in a week. Anyone else had this happen to them? They didn't tell me much of anything just took me out of work

I had bleeding like that at 8 weeks...definitely go to ER. Mine turned out to be nothing and baby was fine, bleeding stopped a couple hours after we left the ER. However, seeing baby's heartbeat helped calm me down. You need to go to Dr.

I would definitely call your dr and let them know it's red. As long as you're not cramping or it's not enough to fill a pad you should be ok. My spotting was always brown.
