Acne 😖

Anyone on here struggle with acne? I've had it since I was 12 and I still struggle with it everyday. Normal stuff on the shelves doesn't work for me. I've tried oral medications and topical creams to retinea creams and everything in between. I've decided to go on Accutane. Has anyone ever been on it before? What can I actually expect? I know it's not going to be very pleasant at the beginning but it'll be worth it in the long run I'm hoping! Any comments would be much appreciated!
