When can baby hear us?

Im so confused on when baby can actually hear us. The other app I use told me a few days ago baby was able to hear me when I talk. Now today this is saying baby can hear me and others. When I googled it most things say after 20 weeks. Has anyone talked to their doctor about this yet? I'm interested to know what is true. I don't go for another appointment for another week..

I have no idea, I've been talking to my baby since I was about 12 weeks, my OH won't because he feels silly, the only time he really did was when we were at a wedding with a live band, thy were rubbish, he put his hands on my tummy and kept saying you don't have to listen to this rubbish, I promise we'll play you some good music but for now just don't listen. It was so funny

I was told 15 weeks. I mean obviously it's not as good of hearing as it will be down the road at 20 weeks. But I talk to them all the time regardless, so does my husband
