A week before period due, passed blood clot

Then had brown discharge on and off. Now, my period is late. I'm having creamy white discharge for like a week. So I'm wondering if maybe that clot (was brown with a streak of red) and the brown discharge could've actually been my period and was super early and strange??? because my period has yet to show up...
