Any insight on a possible Chemical Pregnancy💔???

I still have no idea what happen to my baby2be😢😢.. I just knw my HCG level was 48 when I went to the ER from ALOT of cramping..I was told to expect bleeding and more cramping which was an understatement By far.. The thing is it only lasted for 4days Not a week or more like I was told.. so what do I expect now?? Can anyone relate? Or had anyone been through this and AF returned soon or the following couple weeks??my follow up isn't until 10/5 and I really don't knw what to expect.. All comments are WELCOME❤and Appreciated!
