Preseed help!!!!!!!!!

Advice please!! I know preseed is supposed to help women get pregnant. My SO and I are going to be starting letrozol soon. We've been dealing with lots of ovulation problems and i'm starting the medicine soon. I've heard a lot about pre-seed but my question is if we do not use lube already is it beneficial to use the preseed? Will it really help us conceive faster??
