I would go get it checked, I had something very similar at 11w5d and it was a threatened miscarriage. Baby is perfectly healthy, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

I had this at 7weeks then 12.5 get checked out to be on safe side but try not to worry long as it's not accompanied with painful cramping it shouldn't be anything too serious. Mine is a sac of blood on outside of uterus that I've been told may cause a few bleeds but shouldn't affect my bambino.... Strange
