Baby girl is finally here!

37 weeks and 1 day. Friday morning woke up to give my stepdaughter a bath before school at 7am and contractions started timing then they were about 2-4 minutes apart so I waited until a little after 9 and had my husband take me. They gave me some meds to help with the contraction pain. That didn't work to well. I was 90% effaced & almost to a 2. The day before, I went to the doctor and I was almost a 2 & 60% effaced. I was about a 3 and they checked me and popped something that made me bleed and then dilating from there. At about a 6 I asked for an epidural because my back contractions hurt so bad! They broke my water gave me the epidural and than I soon began to push. In labor for 18 hrs and pushed for 45 min. 3 weeks early & she's doing great!
