Survival mode?

Almost nothing sounds appealing to eat (or drink), so any food I manage to keep down feels like a victory. In the beginning I was eating all healthy and awesome, but now I'm happy if I can choke down saltines, yogurt, or Amy's macaroni for the 5th day in a row. Anyone else putting healthy eating on hold until the nausea calms down? I feel slightly guilty, but there is just no way I can even touch vegetables or meat right now.
