Help!
I may sound stupid, but I recently came off my birth control at the beginning of the month (1st) and a few days later I started bleeding, not sure why or if it was a period. Now I'm having cramps but I'm not sure if it's implantation cramps or if its AF coming. They seem more painful this time around. Help? Please?
