Does anyone know how true this is?

I'm 17+4 and I have the worst congestion, sore throat, runny yet stuffy nose and It's not fun :(

I take Zyrtec daily because I have horrible allergies. Check with your doc to be sure on the sudafed but if it's seasonal allergies both Claritin & Zyrtec were on my ok to take list from my dr.

Sudafed is on the ok list but always call your doctor first

My doc has sudafed (ONLY the red pills) are okay.  I eat that stuff like candy...

I've heard they are one of the few acceptable to use. Ask a pharmacist or a doctor.
