Fluid in fetus belly at 11 week scan

I had my first trimester screen on Friday and as you can see the belly is full of fluid. I didn't get any answers on this other than it looks very bad. They said possibly a valve hasn't developed and once the kidneys form the fluid will continue to get worse. I don't know what is happening and can't seem to find a lot of information online. The genetic counselor stated that she has never seen this this early in a pregnancy. Does anyone have any experience with a scan like this?
