Last night i woke up and i was laying on my right side i was laying like that for 4 hours straight, went to reach for my phone with my left hand all of a sudden a very sharp pain like a shock happened under my left breast...i do have high blood pressure been trying to control it, and from that happening this morning scared me to really try...i read online that it could just be heartburn effect, or milk is producing in my breasts. I am 16 weeks on Tuesday. I just dont wanna mistake anything if it was a sign of heart attack....not trying to have one of those especially with a baby in me. If it happens again i will be headed to the ER but tonight i will try laying on my left side..any suggestions?
