Ways to handle a breakup?

So we were together for 2 years and then his mom found out that we'd been sleeping together and well forbid me to see him anymore so then we would text on Twitter and anyway we could and he said we should go on a break because we can't hang out or ever see each other (we go to different schools) so I agreed but I didnt like the idea of going on break in the first place so after a long month of trying to figure out if I should stay with this guy or not he texts me and says that it's not working out and we're done cause he didn't want to put the energy into the relationship and like a month or 2 before we both got drunk him at his friends house and me at mine and he asked if I wanted to have a threesome with one of my friends (I'll have you know he asked me the week prior if I wanted to pick one of my friends to have a threesome with) and I strongly disagreed both times and so now that we're over his mom and his sister are spreading rumors that my friend and I are both bi and each day more and more people are blocking me on social media and cutting me out of their lives. any ideas how to get through this? Or what to do about it?
