Sitting here feeling. ..

Sitting here 5 days before I start. Feeling sick to my tummy and a very painful mid back. Normally I do not get a painful back ache before my period. Normally get discolor nappies and sometimes location before my period. Anyone have any experiences like this..TTC for 4 months. Was told may be impossible due to scarring of the uterus from merina Iud issues.
